RETURNS POLICY

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. "Contact Us" to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.

OUR RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

  • You can return all products within 30 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original tag and item must be intact and not damaged.

  • For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as soon as we will receive them.

  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

  • Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please use the address provided by our customer service team. 

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method that was used to place the order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.

  • The returns will be made at your own cost (postage fees) and cannot be reimbursed.

  • The items will need to be returned in our UK processing centre. We recommend to use a postal tracking service to avoid any lost package.

  • If an error has been made from our processing centre, we will arrange a replacement asap and cover the fees for the return.


 Change or Cancel Order Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
